Refund policy

All our products are digital downloads. You'll get a download link by email as soon as your payment goes through, and nothing is posted to you.

Change of mind

Because digital files can't be returned once they've been downloaded, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. Please read the product description carefully before you buy, and email us first if you have any questions.

If something's wrong

If your file won't download, won't open, is faulty, or isn't what the product description said, email us at hi@cozicalm.com with your order number. We'll send you a working file or give you a full refund.
Didn't get your download email? Check your spam or promotions folder first, then email us and we'll resend it.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
